Welcome to Ubuntu Nature Kids

Ubuntu Nature Kids is all about sparking curiosity and wonder for the world right outside your door. Through stories, activities, and hands-on learning, we help kids see that everything in nature is connected — and that they’re part of that web, too.

Whether in the classroom, on a hike, or in the backyard, Ubuntu Nature Kids turns everyday moments into adventures in discovery, kindness, and care for the Earth.

Meet Finley

I'm Finley the Fox — curious, clever, and just a little bit dramatic.

You can always find me dreaming up wild ideas, from singing on logs to juggling acorns (badly).

Whether I'm making a splash or learning from my forest friends, I'm here to reminds you that it’s okay to be silly, curious, and still figuring things out — that’s how adventures begin!

Stay tuned for my new book coming January 2026.
